• Paystack — processes all payments. Your payment information is governed by Paystack's Privacy Policy.
• Resend — delivers transactional emails (confirmations and invoices) on our behalf.
• Supabase — stores submission records and uploaded files securely in the cloud.

Each of these providers is bound by their own data protection policies and applicable regulations.

Your data is stored in encrypted cloud infrastructure. Access is restricted to authorised Orolane personnel only.

We retain submission records for up to 2 years from the date of submission to support billing, compliance, and service history. After this period, data is securely deleted unless we are legally required to retain it.

Uploaded files are stored in a private bucket and are accessible only through authenticated, time-limited links.
